Usually, the required files SHOULD already have been installed as part of Windows - or if they aren't, Steam would install them automatically alongside Skyrim SE. dll files crash the game, you might also have a problem with your directx 11 setup. For those who were disappointed that Crytek's Crysis 2 for the PC didn't come packed with DirectX 11 support, there's good news. In addition to the sound advice by saurusmaximus: Skyrim will feature DirectX 11 support, but it won't be staggering.
